Ray Bullen and Associates was formed in 1985 to provide spreadsheet training and spreadsheet consulting services to industry. Over 6,000 people have experience spreadsheet training services from the principal, Ray Bullen, in all levels of spreadsheet training from Introductory, Intermediate to Advanced as well as spreadsheet macro training. Ray Bullen is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia, a Bachelor of Economics and a spreadsheet wizard with over 37 years business experience.

In 2003 a unique on-line Excel training system was introduced to allow training to be conducted anywhere and anytime without leaving the office. This type of training has allowed much more in-depth analysis of each topic with real working Excel examples and has been an outstanding success. Since 1985 Ray Bullen and Associates has developed hundreds of Excel solutions for clients as part of its Consulting division. The Excel Help Desk division was formed as a result of clients wanting Excel help but having no resources in their own organisation to resolve their problems. Even large companies with dedicated Service Desks cannot provide adequate assistance as their staff are IT technicians focusing on hardware issues that often have less Excel knowledge than the user asking the question.
