A1. The training is delivered by email because it creates a constant reminder to learn. Unlike web based training, you don’t forget to do the training as the email delivery is in your face in your inbox each time it is delivered. More than half of all web based Excel training is never completed because people forget, get busy, or their time to do the training expires.

Q2. Do I get to keep the training material permanently?

A2. Yes - The training material is yours to keep permanently. You can refer to it any time in the future! Where training courses are undertaken by logging onto a website to receive the training, you only have access for a short period (e.g. 3-6 months) to undertake the training. You don’t get to keep anything permanently nor can you access the website after the training period has expired! My Excel training files build into a permanent library for your future use.

Q3. Are the courses extensive?

A3. They certainly are! Each course comprises 50 individual lessons. Each lesson covers a different topic and comprises an explanation of the topic, multiple working examples and a “To Do” section where you try out what you have learnt! In particular it is the multiple working examples that are the highlight. Every lesson is an actual Excel file dedicated entirely to that topic with multiple examples and exercises to do. This is what makes the course so unique! You can actually touch and see the formulas in Excel working in a real file!

Q4. Do I get a certificate when the course is completed?

A4. Yes.

Q5. Is the course for free?

A5. No, you must pay for the course but you could get a partial or full refund of your fees. Introduce a friend or colleague to undertake and pay for a course and you will receive a 25% refund of the cost of a course! Introduce 4 people who pay for a course and effectively you would have received back the entire cost of one course – effectively getting a 50 lesson extensive Excel course for free!

In fact this is the ONLY course where we could be paying you to undertake the course. If you introduced more than 4 friends who undertake the course you would receive back more than you paid to do the course!

Q6. I am about to begin a new job and I need to improve my Excel skills quickly. Can I do the course quickly?

A6. Yes. When you enrol for the course you are asked how often you want the course delivered. The available answers are:

§  Weekly

§  Each Business Day

§  Or More Frequently

In some instances people have completed the course in 2 weeks by receiving 5 lessons per day. Others prefer to practice each lesson before getting the next lesson, so choose weekly. It all depends on your needs and how much time you have available. The more basic course of Excel Foundation Skills is a prime example where the course delivery can be accelerated. The Excelling with Excel Skills course is an example where the topics cover more difficult areas and a weekly delivery may be more appropriate.

Q7. Are there discounts for group or company bookings?

A7. Yes. Please email ray@bullen.com.au outlining your requirements and we will provide an offer.

Q8. My circumstances have changed; can I change the frequency of delivery?

A8. Absolutely. You may find that you have more time to do the training so you might want to increase the frequency of delivery. Alternatively you might be going on holidays so you might want the course suspended for a few weeks. No problems. Just email ray@bullen.com.au advising your requirements.
